Luzura Peralta BA (Hons) is a gender-fluid, queer, multi-disciplinary artist of Celtic-Taíno descent, based in the north-east of Scotland. They offer body-based, nature-rooted pathways to healing, embodiment, and self-discovery. Their work is devoted to a prayer for wholeness, bridging somatic science with embodied creative practice and nature-based wisdom to help dissolve experiences of separation, disconnection, and displacement.
Of Blood & Bones is a bridge -between body and brain, indigenous wisdom and modern neuroscience, traditional practice and emerging modalities.
The below offerings are invitations to explore the landscape of your body, and the body of Earth through scientific, animistic, cosmic and mythic-poetic lenses.
I offer resources and pathways to practice intimacy with life. To be curious about our aliveness. To ask questions about our humanness, and about what lies beneath the surface of reality. To seek to find awe, and wonder in the seemingly mundane. To be humbled by our body’s capabilities and limitations. Yet, be willing to be awakened by the remembrance of power held in our bones from those who walked before us.
To work with me, is to walk into a world of inner and outer exploration through the realms of consciousness and creativity, as a way to discover, and express who you really are beyond nervous system patterning, survival strageties and social programming.
A place to learn how to foster emotional resonance, and build resilience through self attunement. Cultivate healthy relational boundaries with clarity, presence and inner peace. Nurture your creativity, and nervous system health. Know how to intentionally work with your body to create positive lasting change, and make authentic expression and connection possible.
